I’m a fully qualified Massage Therapist with over 30 years’ experience, having practised since 1993.
I’m trained in Swedish body massage, customised massage, deep tissue techniques, and lymphatic drainage. Over the years, I’ve worked in salons, spas, and as a massage therapy lecturer.
My approach is intuitive and responsive — I adapt each treatment to suit your needs, whether you’re seeking an energising massage to ease fatigue or a gentle, calming session to support deep relaxation. Helping both body and mind to unwind and heal is at the heart of my work.
