As a Natural Health Practitioner, I specialise in Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Bowen Therapy to support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing. I work with clients of all ages, addressing a wide range of health concerns including autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalances, skin issues, and digestive disorders.
My own experiences with chronic health challenges led me to discover the powerful benefits of Kinesiology and Bowen Therapy. These therapies have played a key role in helping me manage my symptoms and reconnect with my body’s natural rhythms. Along the way, I’ve come to understand the importance of a balanced lifestyle and the value of truly listening to what the body is trying to communicate.
