Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that promotes deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and physical wellbeing. Originating in Japan, Reiki works by channelling universal life energy through the practitioner’s hands to support the body’s natural healing processes.
Treatments are calming and non-invasive, with the client remaining fully clothed throughout. Energy is transferred through light touch or by hovering the hands just above the body. People often experience a sensation of warmth, peace, or emotional release during a session.
Reiki treats the whole person — body, mind and spirit — and can help relieve stress, anxiety, fatigue, and low mood, as well as support those living with chronic pain or going through difficult life transitions.
